IV Hydration & Support When You're Feeling Unwell
Tummy bugs, gastroenteritis and food-related illness can cause vomiting and diarrhoea, leading to fluid loss and dehydration. When appropriate, following a clinical assessment, IV therapy can support rehydration when you’re struggling to keep up with fluids orally.
At Skye Health, our registered nurses assess you before treatment and provide IV hydration and supportive symptom management according to our clinical protocols. If your symptoms suggest that you need further medical assessment or a higher level of care, we’ll advise you accordingly.
